Refinished bathroom tile and grout, granite counter tops in bathroom and kitchen, and mexican tile floor in kitchen and sun-room. I scratched my Travertine tile while moving furniture. Michael did an excellent job removing the scratches and restoring it to like new condition. You cannot tell a difference between the original and what was repaired no more scratches and the finish matches perfectly. He also repaired the Travertine tile in my shower. He fixed an area where I had tried to remove water mineral buildup myself and made the entire shower floor look good. Best to leave it to the pros! Michael was very professional and courteous, and offered advice on how to maintain the Travertine tile. Highly recommended!

Omg Michael the owner did my bathroom himself. He did a great job he was very neat and made sure he put down the drop cloths he brought so his equipment didn't scuff my wood floors or walls. He goes above and beyond to make you happy. I love the work he did.

You Should Hire This Company! I hired Grout and Granite Restorations to repair and clean the tile/grout in my master bathroom. Their owner, Michael Smith, personally did the estimate, which was fair and I accepted. I had no idea how much my expectations would be met or exceeded, but Michael’s company did nothing short of both in every area. I can tell from the communication I had with Michael before, during, and after the project, that it was his dedication to my satisfaction which Brought about the great finished results. I would strongly suggest giving Grout and Granite Restorations an opportunity to bid on your project. The work was top notch! Michael is very knowledgeable and pleasant. He went over all the areas in three bathrooms that required grout removal and replacement, as well as steam cleaning the tile walls and floor in the master bathroom shower. The existing grout color (15 years old) was matched and it is difficult to tell where the repairs were made. Michael provided the process and timeline and there were no surprises. We would highly recommend Michael for anyone needing this type of work.

We would highly recommend Michael. He was very professional; punctual, courteous, clean and professionally dressed. He provided us an estimate detailing exactly how he would clean the tile and caulk the countertops. When finished they both looked new again. He also offered his opinion and suggestions on a shower issue.

Michael did an excellent job restoring my ceramic tiles and grout to like new condition. My dog had a few accidents and he was able to completely remove the odor. Even when the floor is wet the odor does not return. He also stays in contact and provides text and phone updates. The project was finished when promised and the quoted price was the actual price I paid when the job was done. I highly recommend this company!

What a wonderful experience. Michael showed up promptly and walked us through the entire process and timeline for repair. We had more holes in the travertine floors than we could count. They are fixed and you cant even tell where the damage used to be. The floors are polished and look spectacular. Would definitely use them again.

The project was in a high traffic area of a commercial building, so there is no good time to get this type of work completed. Mike and his crew worked around our busy times and completed this project without disruption to my business. The corner of our granite countertop chipped off and Mr. Smith did an excellent job repairing it. He took special care and attention to make sure the repair and colors matched. This particular corner was next to the range and he put plastic between the countertop and range to keep the range nice and clean. He used a drop cloth on the floor for protection. The repair looks perfect. He said he wanted to make sure it matched well so the eye wouldn't be drawn to that corner. My husband, the perfectionist, couldn't tell where he'd done the repair. Mr. Smith even took out his own trash and cleaned up after himself very well. We are very impressed and pleased with his impeccable work. He's also very polite and friendly.

I am very pleased with the tile and grout sealing that was done at our home. The tile looks new and there was no damage to existing cabinets or baseboards and no mess to clean up.

Mr. Smith came to all appointments at the appointed time. He carefully listened to what we would like done. He wrote and submitted a detailed written estimate of all separate proposed projects. He began, and has completed the largest first project, in a timely manner. He was very detail oriented, and our laundry room tile repaired area does not look any different than the non-repaired surrounding area. We look forward to having him complete the other proposed projects for us.
